Junior's Night 2011

Okay, 'Budget Meeting' dah selesai.. 'Budget Meeting' is a meeting where we do all the financial planning for our next event, and it will usually include the Project Manager, Secretary, Treasurer, and Program Developers.

This time dah simple, easier than last semester because all the works had been actually prepared masa cuti semester lepas.. Now, I start to feel the pressure, tapi belum ke tahap yang melampau lagilah kan..

Junior's Night is actually quite a small event. Majlis dia closed je, only for selected group of people, and most of the lecturers are not even invited to the event, because it is actually a student gathering event. Why it should be like that? I don't know. I might have the answer, but of course lah I won't share it in here.

This semester, we will rock it all out untuk event ni.. Tak tau la group lain macam mana. But I think my classmates know me very well, being simple, to me is to work less but effective and the end-product must be close to perfection.

Tak ada la demand sangat, gila apa nak demand kan, but what's wrong with doing thing right. Everyone will be happy for sure if they knew that they actually has done something right. Satisfaction, proud, confidence, all of these are the genuine recipe of what makes a successful man.. Ada motivasi, ada keyakinan dan ada kepuasan..

I really hope that my team will deliver their best to do their tasks as planned. I believe in my team. We all have the dream that we live on it, to be the outstanding, in a good way lah kan.. And I also believe that this event will be the best Junior's Night ever been organized..

Hopefully, the feedback will be awesome, so my team will be highly motivated to prepare for our final semester event project. Godspeed MCO!
